What follows is one of those systems, drawn rather than described.

A reverse real estate marketplace for Pakistan

Buyers post what they are looking for and sellers bid against it, inverting the listing model the market runs on today. Fully specified: append-only credit ledger, PostGIS matching between buyer requirements and seller coverage, and perceptual-hash duplicate detection on listing imagery.

A self-funded SaaS alternative to Shopify, built around the payment, courier and fulfilment realities of the local market. Multi-tenant across 38 modules with 385 passing tests, and a Manager plus Driver pattern behind every third-party integration.

A US college sports NIL platform

NIL deals between athletes, schools and brands

A platform for US college sports name, image and likeness arrangements. Athlete claim flow, KYC on the payout path, compliance reporting, and a stateful refund workflow, with tenant isolation across three different party types.

This work shipped under a white-label arrangement. The client name, the live URL and all interface screenshots are withheld pending clearance. The architecture and the decisions below are mine and are described in full.
