An internal ticketing system for Unilever's operations, built in Laravel with a Vue 2 Options API front end. Enterprise ticketing is rarely a feature problem: the requirement is the workflow and the audit trail wrapped around it, and the hard constraints are about who is allowed to see what, and what has to still be provable six months later.
